Free Shipping Policy - (Free Shipping to CONTIGUOUS 48 States Only)-
Unlike other online stores almost all of our items offer free shipping. In the rare occasion that we charge shipping, all of our shipping costs will be know to you up front. We don't believe in the "bait and switch" tactics employed by many of our competitors and you will never be surprised by additional charges, shipping or otherwise.We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Beware of companies who mask their shipping charges and policies. Shipping large/heavy items can become expensive. Make sure you know what your shipping costs will be and what type of delivery to expect when shopping around.

- How Will My Order Be Shipped?

When we ship your order we do so with time, safety and dependability in mind. We have special relationships with premiere shipping companies and have done so to make sure your order arrives as soon as possible with no damage.
Once your order ships we will notify you via email. Your email will include a tracking number for your shipment. Please use this number to track your order online or on the telephone with the shipping company. Please contact us if their are irregularities with the progress of your shipment.
Merchandise should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt. If your package has any suspected damage, print "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. If external appearance has not indicated damage, but damage is discovered upon unpacking:- Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Contact us immediately
- Save all packing materials.
- Immediately call the carrier to inform them and request immediate inspection. Failure to do so will significantly increase the chances of the claim being denied.
- Confirm you conversations with the carrier in writing.

All of our products have an estimated Processing Time, Shipping Time and Expected Delivery Date.
Processing Time:This is the estimated time it takes for an item to be prepared for shipment from the warehouse. In order to give you the best understanding as to when your order will ship we provide the estimated shipping time on each of our product pages "Estimated Shipping Time ___". This lets you know exactly how long an order will take to ship.
Shipping Time: This is the estimated time it will take to ship a particular product from the warehouse. This time varies per product and is displayed on each product page.
Delivery Time: This is the estimated time it will take to receive your order. This time varies per product and is displayed on each product page.
Small Parcel shipments usually arrive between 1 and 6 business days after your order is shipped from the warehouse. Please note that your order may not be received as soon as you may expect if your order has an extended processing time.You should remember that the estimated Lead Time still applies before the item ships out. Make sure to check the item's Processing/Shipping Time before you order with expedited shipping and be sure to call us if you have any questions about such shipments.

Returns and Damages
- How Do I Return My Order?

We make your satisfaction a priority which is why we try to make our return policy as simple as possible. You may return your purchase within 30 days of your order receipt for an exchange or refund of your purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs and a restocking fee. Most of our products ship free and our outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund as well. The restocking fee varies from product to product, typically between 10% and 30%. Please email or call us if you have any questions.
Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged and it cannot be fixed with replacement parts, we will pay all return shipping costs and send a replacement to you at no charge. If you do not wish to fix or replace your item, the item can be returned to us under our customary return policy.
Order Errors

If you receive an incorrect product we will remedy the problem and send you the proper item at absolutely no cost to you.

After your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please note: certain items are not returnable.Special order(non-stock) items are non-returnable.

To return an item using our Standard Return Policy:

- Please email sales@bluehen.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. You may also call us at 1-888-884-6156. We will give you an RMA number and a return address.
- Please wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging or additional charges may be apply.
- If possible please email us your return tracking number.
- It is important that you insure the return package to eliminate any return transit issues.
- Please Note: We cannot refund shipping and handling unless the return is attributed to an error on our part.
- After these steps are completed and your return has been inspected for damage we will issue your credit to the card used for the original order.

We will make sure to replace your damaged item as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Modern Chair has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Blue Hen. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

When Will It Arrive?
Warranty Exceptions
- Global - In most cases Global will ship replacement parts to be installed by the customer. In certain cases the customer will be responsible for freight charges back to Global's factory if replacement parts are too difficult to be installed by the customer. If the item is under warranty Global will ship fixed product back at their (Global's) cost.
